I use art as a way to explore music, drawing, color and imagination with students at CALLS: Center for Adolescents to Learn to Love and Serve. Calls is a Center in Portsmouth, Dominica for teens that for many reasons are not enrolled in a regular high school. I learn as i teach how not to teach and find joy without judgment through art. Today we just danced. I tried to teach them salsa and merengue, we also danced some cumbia. At the end of the class we did "exquisite corpse" drawings...
